Return to Wholeness

66 episodes - English - Latest episode: almost 2 years ago - ★★★★★ - 30 ratings

Welcome to Return to Wholeness, a podcast for women who previously believed in dogma; whether that’s religion, diets or ideology, who found that they needed to fragment themselves and live into the expectations of others in order to feel safe in that environment and truly belong.

Through powerful conversations, as well as my own personal musings, this podcast is intended to help you call back those fragmented parts of yourself so that you can integrate the fullness of who you are as a spiritual being, having a human experience (or is it the other way around).

In this space we love to explore the grey. The nuance. The complexity. Because this is where YOUR magic truly lies.

My name is Holly Toronto and I am an Embodiment Coach + Spiritual Mentor. I help women stop living their lives through the lens of other’s expectations of beauty, belief or behavior so that they can live their life from a place of Wholeness, fully aligned with the truth of who they are.

I’m so glad you’re here and I’m excited to explore these topics with you.
