Me time, when there’s no time.

Aimee Horton and Fi Star-Stone are passionate about self care, and when we say self care, we don't mean self maintenance! Day-to-day washing & having a hot cup of tea isn't self care. It's about making time to put yourself first, and recharge. But it's not all hair and face masks either.

With regular guests, we dig down about imposter syndrome, comparison culture, and how looking after ourselves isn't selfish.
