**Trigger Warning - Eating disorders**

This week’s episode, with Zoe Burnett, was recorded a while ago, but listening back to it over the last couple of days, was a brilliant reminder of how blooming brilliant the conversation was.

An International public speaker, Author & mental warrior, suicide survivor and TedX speaker, Zoe has a lot to say. She is raw, strong and honest. She's also fun, hilarious, and was an utter pleasure to talk to.

She talks about her experiences of being told she 'was too fat' to have an Eating Disorder, and her recovery.

We are so proud to have Zoe on our show.
