Underneath it All, hosted by Grizel, we introduce mental health conversations in a relatable way by using the Enneagram framework. We believe the Enneagram is a helpful tool that encourages self reflection, allows you to recognize your own differences and helps us accept the differences of others, without judgement.
Through these conversations, we hope you can have a better understanding of others around you, learn to accept and fully embrace your own narrative, and to continue breaking the negative stigma that has engulfed mental health.
