Underneath It All Show Notes
Season 3, Episode 4 - Testing Body, Mind, and Soul Limits (Part 1)

Learning to listen to our mind, body, and soul is no easy task, especially when faced with inclimate weather and thoughts that want to lead to the “red zone,” also known as flight or fight response. In this episode, Grizel and her coach Liz Sampey face a terrifying storm, challenging the mind; Grizel experiences body fatigue, challenging her to listen to her body, and both discuss different ways they are learning to check in and be kind to our bodies.
