Our mission at Open Minds Open Hearts (OMOH) is to bring healing, inner-peace and joy through mediation and mindfulness practices. Through cultivating non-judgmental awareness practitioners find greater presence, focus and equanimity while reducing stress, anxiety and suffering.OMOH offers free online classes to anyone interested in joining on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 5:00pm PST. Practitioners are not only guided through transformative meditations but they're also informed on the latest research and science around these ancient practices, providing greater context and appreciation for the practice.
