Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian practice of forgiveness that means to make correct and put right by practicing self healing and mental cleaning of ones self, thereby aiding in the healing of others. In this 24 minute meditation Dustin Guinee leads a forgiveness meditation inspired by Ho'oponopono and guides meditators to focus on self love, forgiveness and gratitude, filling their own cups first and then applying the forgiveness ritual to a challenging person. The session ends with Dustin's poem, "I Forgive You", inspired by his own challenges with a friend and the process of forgiving and letting go of past grievances, that ultimately only hurt us by holding onto them.
