After battling weight issues and bullimia, Dina lost 35 kilograms in 1 year and not only transformed her physique, but she also grew an insatiable appetite to share her experience and expertise with other women. Her goal is to maximize their learning curve so they can start making healthy decisions with a proper plan, guidance and support that will help them sustain this lifestyle, long-term.
