Many people suffer in silence and go their whole life without a diagnosis or receiving the support they need because of stigma. Join host Elaina Jones, a Certified Professional Coach, with a background in Adult Learning and Clinical Mental Health, in a series of down-to-earth conversations about everyday life challenges, mental health, and emotional wellness.
