It's been a really difficult couple of years. So many of us have lost so much (friends, family, loved ones, jobs, homes, and so much more). We need to allow ourselves to grieve, to feel the emotions, and to be kind and compassionate to ourselves. This episode is structured a little different. I'm sitting down to have a conversation with you. We will also do a couple of exercises (breathing, and compassionate touch), and there are a couple of short readings.
