A healthy gut is EVERYTHING.  This episode was so fun recording because Jillian DID NOT make me feel bad for my drive thru days after work.  She GETS IT.  The stress that leads to burnout to the point where we get SO EXHAUSTED that it feels like there are no options.  We talk about the cycle it leads to for our health where eating bad leads to other choices that lead to less quality sleep and exhaustion due to a lack of nutrients and more and more and on and on.  However, this amazing woman chats about the next steps to take with ZERO judgement.  She totally walked me through getting out of a rut and back to a supportive lifestyle that holds space for the inevitable stress that comes our way, without letting it tear our bodies down.

Self Love Tip: To repeat what Jillian told us, magnesium is so important everyday but especially during stressful times because we lose it.  Also, she said to incorporate a probiotic since our modern lifestyle and diets do not always support that type of gut health like a probiotic does.
