Today's episode I'm talking how we can lose weight by trusting our bodies.
The body and mind are not two completely separate entities that have to be fighting against each other so you can lose weight. Your body knows exactly what to do to lose weight if you support it and give what it needs to function properly.
Eating healthy one day and expect your body to release 5kg of weight is not what your body is supposed to do. Work together, as a team. Trust your body, it knows what to do to help you lose weight. It's a team work, your mind and your body, together.
