Today's episode I ask you an important question: Who are you?
Pay attention to where your brain goes to answer this questions. We usually define ourselves by our past and things we've done and how we judge those actions.
But today what we are doing is thinking "I shouldn't eat cupcake" and when we eat the cupcake what do we do? we make it mean that we are failing, not good enough, out of control, broken, and you know... that makes us feel even worse and to feel better we eat more cupcakes.
The action of eating one cupcake ends up defining who we are instead of just being one cupcake.
I want to challenge you this week to not use the word should/shouldn't in your vocabulary and switch to want/don't want to. It's a powerful shift and it will change how you feel.
