Today I am sharing the work I did this week after eating off plan.
When we feel like we are not in control of what we are eating and when there is a lot of self-judgment and frustration, we miss out on the opportunity to learn and move on.
There are many thoughts that are in our unconscious mind that we don't acknowledge that they are just thoughts, but they keep creating results we don't want.
The episode today is to help you identify these thoughts that causes you to feel like you can't control what you eat and your weight, but actually it's just thoughts that you are not aware of.
