Today's episode is all about urges. You can also call it cravings or desire.
When we get stuck on that vicious circle of emotional eating where you can't seem to break it, usually is because you are constantly giving in to urges.
Urges is a strong desire for something, in our case, food.
The secret to break the vicious circle of emotional eating is the willingness to feel discomfort.
In the end of the day, there is no way around the discomfort. We're either feeling it now or later, you just need to choose which one you want.
