It's very normal to look back on all the diets and times we've tried to lose weight and have failed. That's because the brain wants to protect you.
Every time you want to do something you never done before, your brain will say no, because it's just trying to keep you safe.
But fear and doubt don't mean stop or don't do it.
We need to go through the fear if want to get what we want most, lose weight.
