My name is Jorge Roman, author and health coach. My goal with this project is pretty simple: in a world which has become increasingly divisive and polarized, I want to bring you a balanced perspective of health.


To deliver on that promise, I’ll seek out experts who challenge the accepted trends and fads to tackle the topic of health from as many angles as possible, in order to to make this podcast into an amazing resource for anyone looking to improve their health.
