Hey love, welcome!✨ Hanna Stone here, I'm a fitness coach, nutrition expert, and recipe creator. I help women (but men too) to lose 5-25lbs in 90 days and keep it off for good by overcoming emotional eating and a proper fitness program. “Health” is a triangle that consists of 3 pillars that directly affect each other: 1. Mental health 2. Nutrition 3. fitness. I grew up in a cult back in Israel, I left my parent's house when I was 14 and took care of myself since, I joined the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) when I was 19, I moved to the US all alone when I was 21 with $30 in my pocket. Fitness and Nutrition saved my life and lead me into taking care of my mental health and my spirituality. I'm here to support you in your health and fitness journey and share education, and inspiration for health and fitness out of my own knowledge and experiences.
