I was super obsessed with my weight and I never saw results? regardless of the fact I was miserable and lived in fear constantly 

Once I released that screw from my mind everything just happened naturally 

And even if not, I learned to love myself from within so that number did not matter especially when I’m eating healthy and working out!


How did I learn to love myself for real? Like actually feeling that feeling in my heart
