We will have to eat and have clean laundry and get to appointments each day, what is your plan to make it all work?

I have come up with some systems over the years, but in the busyness of this fall and still wanting to calm my cortisol levels and take care of my own health, it has to be even more intentional!

These are not by importance - except for #1!!

#1  Schedule self care… workouts, date night, time with kids, time away, morning routine

#2 Build work/ responsibilities into my dream “ideal” calendar

#3 Add all activities for each one in the family.

#4 List of meals- breakfasts, lunches, dinners AND snacks

#5 Have meal plan and grocery list accessible.  Have plan for groceries

#6 Have calendar for chores, laundry, washing sheets, etc.- if you are trying to do chores in little nooks and crannies of your day you are going to lose it!

#7 Plan time to talk- family meetings, marriage meetings, one on one with each kid

#8 Don’t forget your four squares 

#9 Plan ahead for things to go wrong
