Somewhere along the way, you may have learned to associate stress and anxiety with success and accomplishment. A perfect example is taking a test at school. You may have learned that in order to do well, you have to study for hours, put tons of pressure on yourself, and you probably felt stressed and anxious as a result because doing well was important to you. Many people with high-functioning anxiety have a fear that if they aren’t hard on themselves, if they aren’t stressed and worrying about things: then they will drop the ball and they won’t do well. In this episode, I will be challenging this belief to help you understand how you can achieve success without the stress and anxiety.

In this episode, you will learn:

Why you experience stress and anxiety when working towards success What it actually means to achieve success Actionable tips to achieve success WITHOUT stress and anxiety
