It’s impossible to see all of your beliefs from the same perspective in which they were created. Our judgement or interpretation of the outer circumstances of life is how we view our world. It is those same thoughts that create our feelings and how we show up in the world, our actions. In order to change your relationship to alcohol, you MUST shift into a state of neutrality where you can see your relationship with alcohol from the outside as the WITNESS looking in.
