This is the final phase of the moon meditations. These can be used any moon cycle, so if you are just discovering this, I invite you to go back to the new moon meditation and set your intention for that lunar cycle and see what opens up! For today, grab a candle and a journal. Take some time to reflect on the past month to see what has been useful and what is ready to be burned. What is the flickering light in the darkness that keeps calling you? Are you willing to get still and quiet to hear your truest self? This is where real lasting shifts can be created.
