"Take Your Damn Meds"  Medication for depression is only a SMALL part of what we talk about on this episode all about how 3 people manage their depression, and notice it's onset.   Depression is hard to struggle with!! It takes a lot of work to manage it.  Let's be real.  We can't always fix it on our own.  Nor should we.  Coming together with friends to share our struggles and solutions is GOLDEN!! This is what it's all about!  THE SUPPORT!!!

If you are struggling, know you are not alone.  Also, know that it is beneficial to see a doctor!! It's time we let the stigma go!!!
