Asking yourself: Why can't I lose weight? is not a useful question because your brain thinks it's a problem.
But there are better questions to answer your brain if you want to lose weight.

How can I help my body today?How can I honour my body today?How can I provide fuel and nutrients to my body to function and help it lose weight?What can I do today to support my body in losing weight?

Write them down on a paper and answer them. After that, act on it.
