Welcome To The Modern Aging Podcast! If you are over 40 and are looking to optimize and elevate your health and well-being in holistic and innovative ways, then this is the podcast for you! Each week, we will share interviews with top experts in holistic health, wealth, body, mind and spirit. As an integrative health coach and avid traveler, I will share my findings with you and provide insightful tips on how we can live better and longer after 40.

My mom had a massive stroke at 65 in 2001 and then developed Parkinson's Disease 10 years later. My dad was diagnosed with frontal temporal dementia in 2016. After caring for them for almost 20 years, I decided that this was not how I wanted to age so I started searching for different approaches to health.

What I discovered is a treasure trove of endless holistic ways to approach our health and well-being that is better for us and the planet. It is proactive instead of reactive. It is taking care of our whole being, not just treating what is causing us pain. We have to look at our relationships, stress levels, work, family life, the whole kit n kaboodle as well as our nutrition and exercise. This is whole health living. We all want to grow old, but I think we can agree that we want to grow older and retain a healthy lifestyle, independence, and a high quality of life. That lifestyle starts today. So, join me every Friday.

If you prefer video, many of the interviews were episodes on our YouTube Channel so you can check them out here - https://www.youtube.com/c/ModernAging.

We've love for you to RATE and REVIEW our podcast so we can reach even more listeners. Thank YOU!
