We are joined by the founder of the Push-up Challenge, Mr. Nick Hudson!

The Men of Words is taking part in the challenge this year, doing 3,318 pushups to raise money for Mental Health services and we could not be more excited!!

The founder Nick joined us from WA for a really eye-opening chat about the origins of the charity/challenge, his experiences with Mental Health and how an accountability challenge with a handful of mates has turned into this amazing charity who to day has raised over $7million for Mental Health!!
