Today's chat is with Melbourne Rebels and Wallabies superstar, Reece Hodge.  We caught up with Reece late last year, shortly after he suffered a torn pectoral muscle that put a premature halt to his Spring Tour campaign.

We spoke about his career and how quickly things can change. Between last minute call up to play for Australia, through to injuries and lockdowns slowing everything right down.

Reece has a really simple, low key approach to maintaining positive mental health which we absolutely love -  send a message to mates, grab a coffee or dinner, having casual chats and conversations allow for people to open up and share if they're struggling.  He also is a man of routine and consistent approaches to everyday life. You'll hear some of his strategies through routine which he uses to help not only recover post-match, but in everyday life to find his zen.

We are incredibly grateful to Reece for finding time to chat to us and are very excited to be having a conversation from someone within a new sporting environment to what we have dealt with in the past! If you're not yet familiar with Super Rugby (we admit it, we're not!) make sure you get to a game to cheer on Reece and the Rebels!

Love your work Reece!
