Our chat today is with Alex Johnson, former Sydney Swan premiership player with one of the unluckiest injury records in the AFL.

We were very grateful for Alex coming to join us a couple weeks before he and his partner Zoe welcomed little Ivy into the world! SO happy for them getting another member on the team :-)

Our chat goes a long way into Alex's injury journey which saw him have to undergo 7 knee surgeries. It's been such a huge part of his life to work through and listening to him talk now you can recognise a healthy perspective and understanding of it all. He's passionate about Mental Health and we are so glad he was willing to dive in with us!
