Hannah Evyenia Karydas - Eves Karydas, formally Eves the Behaviour is an Greek Australian artist that we were SO STOKED to have had an evening to chat to as a part of the pod.
What a chat! Hannah said to us towards the end of this one that conversations about Mental Health is often something she talks to men about, so we are very grateful that she was willing to join us and think there is a lot to take from this ep.
She shows a heap of self-awareness throughout, she talks about being constantly on the sliding scale of Mental Health and is finding what helps her find the balance, which all of us struggle with (even Hannah!) Her perspective she offered on Men's Mental Health was amazing, exactly what I think men need to hear - the positive light our female friends and family view us when we "talk about our stuff". Loved hearing that from Hannah!
