Hi there! My name is Stacie and I am a Holistic Health Coach.

A few years ago I was so stressed out and my body couldn’t deal with the stress. My anxiety and migraines went out of control and I gained 40 lbs very quickly. My migraines are not the common migraines most people think of. My migraines mimic strokes. My anxiety got so bad, I could barely drive and I was getting to the point where I could barely leave the house.

I tried western medicine and unfortunately….or fortunately whichever way you look at it, it made my already severe anxiety 10 times worse. All I could do was lay on the couch and do absolutely nothing. Being a mom of two boys, this wasn’t an option.

I decided to slowly adopt a holistic lifestyle and eat as healthy as I could. I thought this would only help with my migraine and I would tackle my anxiety later. I was shocked that the healthier I ate not only did my migraines get better, but my anxiety did too. Say what?! How could this be?! I was taught that anxiety is all in the head!

I was so amazed by what a holistic lifestyle could do, I went to school at American College of Healthcare Sciences and got a diploma in Holistic Health Practice.

I now help overwhelmed women to become their own hero’s and healers.
