Your purpose is not to run on empty.
Your purpose is to recharge you so you can serve your family and other to a greater capacity that leaves you filled up!

Spend time being quiet, setting boundaries to find the time for you, get real fuel through your nutrition, movement for your mind, a plan to recharge and use natural aromatherapy to feel recharged!
