This is episode 5 for 2020 where we are breaking down what EMPOWER means and what are the principles you need too learn about to empower yourself to triumph over your adversity. 

In my eyes, this is one of the most important principles. Mindset can make or break you. Your mindset can be your best ally or your worst enemy, but also your mindset is something you are in control of. You are in control of how you think, feel and act.
