Coaching conversations will continue to have monthly themes with four episodes per month and we're going to start to sprinkle in master classes which are going to be lengthier workshop style formats. We were going to use the subscription feature now we're just simply asking for donations and as bad as that can come off I just want to know that there's a value out there and what we're seeking from people is $3 per month and we will continue to do monthly workshops along with their monthly themes. As the donations increase we will start to even provide to our listeners free courses from our LMS platform.
