Borderline Personality Disorder (also known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder or EUPD) can have a significant impact on how we experience sexuality and intimacy. This information should come as no surprise since BPD symptoms can affect our emotional state, relationships, and our ability to control our impulses. There is very little research out there on BPD and its effects on sexuality, but more and more work suggests that those with BPD can experience multiple fundamental problems with sex. In this episode, Mollie reads and reacts to a 2011 NCBI article titled “Sexual Behavior in Borderline Personality” by Randy A, Sansone, MD, and Lori A. Sansone, MD
