On this episode, we talk about one of the biggest roadblocks known to man porn addiction.

The average adult spends around 12-15 hours a week watching porn.

What's discerning about this statistic is how readily available porn can be and free at the same time; moreover, anyone with a smartphone( kids of all ages) have immediate access to it at the push of a button.

I struggle with this addiction for years. Most of us get captured at a young age, I was 6 or 7 when I saw porn/pornographic magazine, which is sad.

Who you are behind closed doors will manifest itself in some way on the outside.

If your time is spent watching porn on a daily basis your life will start reflecting that.

The way you react towards women, causing you to be antisocial, leading to problems such as low self-esteem, no confidence, low sex drive, emotionally disconnected, fatigue, depression, etc.

There's always a root to our problems and we have to be willing to face them. My life changed tremendously when I spoke to the roof of my problem.

Dictionary.com defines addiction as follows:

“the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or

physically habit-forming, as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma.

"The state of being enslaved to a habit". I want you to think about that.
Not facing your addictions head-on makes you a slave to it.

Homework:

Find 2 people that will hold you accountable for your actions. Seek out the root of your porn addiction.Have a full understanding of the reality you created for yourself. Go figure out if you want to stay there.Reach out to me for a step by step plan of action.
