This week Aimee and Lisa are together in Aimee’s home city of Columbus after teaching together at Aimee’s studio. The two talk about how fall can aggravate the Ayurvedic dosha (bioenergy) of vata which is a drying and turbulent quality that can cause us to feel anxious and overwhelmed. The two model how a schedule can assist in finding time for self-care even in the busiest schedules and Lisa’s proven way to get to sleep after several travel-induced restless nights.
