We often hear the phrase "you are what you eat" and as much as that is true, HOW you eat is equally as important as well. Good eating habits can be so simple and easy to adopt but yet very powerful. It helps with lots of gastro discomfort or symptoms and most importantly, it sends the accurate signals to your brain and informs it to activate the digestion process.
