Emma Doran is an Irish comedian. Quitting her day job, she took the plunge to be a full-time comedian, and oh, how it paid off. She's gone from copywriting about carpets and hairdressers for radio stations to blitzing the Irish comedy scene.She's gone on to star on TV alongside some of Ireland's leading comedic acts such as Jason Byrne and Deirdre O'Kane. This year she plans to host her own podcast with her daughter, Ella. In this episode, Emma talks about her touch points with mental health, what the comedy circuit is like to navigate as a woman, as well a barrel of laughs and stories along the way.
