Do you feel like you are not living to your true potential, that you have more inside of you that you can share to the world?

Are you living your life every single day as the best version of yourself? Are you acting moment after moment in complete sync to your deepest values and virtues? Today we are going to talk about the deep importance of you moving actively towards your optimal self. The person you need to become, in order to be of greatest service to your loved ones, to yourself, and to the world. There is a gap between who we are right now, and who we are capable of being.

This gap is often filled with frustration that can lead to anger and sadness and depression. Our job here is to close the gap, or at least to move in the direction of making that gap smaller, which we will work on in today’s episode, so watch closely until the end, take notes, ask questions in the comment section, and let’s do this together!

Let’s start with today’s summary:

1. Theory and Action: We will dig in some wisdom from Abraham Maslow, a 20th-century humanistic psychologist, that has often been attributed by his peers the title of the advent of the modern trend in Positive psychology. He’s most famous for his book “Motivation and Personality” that I highly recommend, and you can get your copy by following the link below! He’s the guy that said: “What human beings can be, they must be.” We will talk about that, dig into some of his wisdom, and we will take action with a really important exercise that will lead us to part 2:

2. Journaling: We will journal one of the exercises that we got from today’s piece of wisdom. It is extremely important that you follow through and do the exercise with us!

3. I will guide you through a visualization to get the wisdom of the day to deeply sink in

4. We will finish off with some empowering affirmations that I will ask you to repeat out loud.

5. I will then guide you through a meditation, in order to create space in our minds, as well as what I like to describe as calm energy, to help you focus and thrive during the day
