In this episode I tell the story of one of my last hurrahs with binge drinking - the straw that nearly broke the camel’s back and made me want to make some changes. It’s not pretty. I then discuss the consequences of alcohol abuse and how feelings of shame and regret are nearly unavoidable while drinking in excess. Next, I bring on a childhood friend, Slow Up founder Jeremiah Kreisberg (who has also been witness to some of my drunken indiscretions) to share his thoughts on the benefits and challenges of limiting consumption.
