About Nena Hawkes:
As an embodiment + wellness coach, my role is to support clients in creating ways of living more consciously and learning to work with their body. I help them learn to embrace who they are at their core and to set intentions and goals from this embodied space. I believe that when we listen to and begin following the wisdom that our body has to share, that is where transformation begins. Often this soul care work leads to empowerment in all areas of our lives. In my practice, I specialize in helping clients to address inner child wounds, and support them in strengthening their connection to themselves, to their sexuality, and to source.
