Welcome to Simple Things You Can Change! This is a short-format podcast dedicated to giving you simple swaps and tips to make affecting positive change in your health habits possible. Are you someone who wants to make some changes toward a healthier lifestyle but you find yourself discouraged because there are so many options and health coaches telling you what to do? Do you feel frustrated and overwhelmed because YOU want to make some changes but you keep getting pulled back by the circumstances of your life? You have to navigate the break room, the coffee breaks, what do you order at Starbucks, lunches out, too busy and tired at the end of the day to cook a meal, navigating kids parties and events, ugh what about sleep? Are you even getting any? All of these things prevent us from changing habits and I'm here to help you find small ways to create big, lasting change in your health.
