During this coronavirus pandemic, particularly at the BEGINNING of this situation, there tend to be a lot of feelings. A LOT of feelings.
And our human nature is to AVOID these feelings or JUDGE these feelings or try to FIX these feelings. The problem with that is that it only prolongs the suffering.
In today's mini bonus episode (recorded during a FB live in the Show Up and Love FB group), I talk about how the first step to moving forward and handling ALL these feelings is to SURRENDER to the feelings.
Surrendering doesn't mean give up or give in. It means compassionately allowing yourself to just FEEL what you feel and just BE where you are.
