As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we are all faced with shifts to our lives which we have been forced to make. While fully acknowledging the gravity of this situation, I also feel that we can look at this as a moment in time when we are presented with opportunities to create better habits which will help ensure that we come out the other side of it all better positioned for achieving success in our goals in life.
