In today’s episode I’m exploring the 12 stages of burnout and what you can do to help yourself if you resonate with any of them. I’ve chosen this topic because the prevention of burnout is at the core of what I do so even though I’ve already covered burnout in this podcast, I wanted to create this particular burnout episode in the style of the new show. Burnout can be a self-perpetuating cycle if we don’t stop and reevaluate. This should be a show you can come back to time and time again, when you’re not feeling your best. 

This episode is going to be a little bit different to what you’re used to. If you listened to episode 111, you’ll have heard me talk about a massive level-up that I went through this year. Well, that level-up has inspired me to change the name of the podcast and also to re-work the format a little. Each episode will still deliver tips and support but we’re taking it to the next level.

My aim is to help you to be brilliant at what you do and how you live. You are the change-maker the world needs. My hope is that this podcast, and my work, will support you to achieve your ambitions with impact, purpose and fulfilment.
