It can be really difficult to love your body as it is, without frustration for its imperfections. In this episode, practice speaking words of kindness and appreciation to your body parts for what they do for you. This can be used when getting ready for your day, or as a meditation, or when getting ready for sleep. There's a long space of just music at the end in case you choose to use this before falling asleep.
