Picture yourself lying in a bamboo hut. Outside the forest is misty. Rain falls through the trees and slides down the leaves. Relax and close your eyes. Let the sounds of the gentle rain pull away your anxiety.


Focus on the soothing sound of nature. Your heart rate slows. Everything is calm and serene.


Why I made this podcast:


To start 2022 I wanted to make something simple and calming. This week we will begin recording some guided meditations and I think this gentle rain will ended up being the background for one of those. This rain soundscapes should work for sleep. I guess I’ll find out when I try it out later this week.
