When we created The Recruitment Doctor podcast, we knew that we wanted to do something different, to give people a stage and platform to share their own journeys, experiences, and business/personal stories to show that we are all human, hoping that people can feel inspired to go and seek careers in tech, no matter who you are or what your background.
