Wondr is an online platform designed to bring like minded people together with similar passions, especially within sustainability and climate change.
We have a good discussion around life during lockdown, remote working and how their biggest value “transparency” has always been their most important one, but even more so at this time.
In a time like now, communication and employee engagement is required more than anything, and whilst the guys describe the measures they’ve put in place internally, they are also true to themselves about why getting back to a face to face and office environment is key for businesses.
I love what the lads at Wondr stand for as a business but also how committed they are to working within the tech community to set an example to others.
